Our Story

The journey began a decade ago with simple questions: Why do conventional management practices fail to replicate? Why is it that when faced with the complexities of the real world, they don’t function the way we desire them to?

If we imagine a network of highly connected dots, their connections constantly changing over time, and then take a slice of it, we might gain some level of understanding of what is happening. However, can we truly say that this slice represents the dynamics of the entire network? The answer is a resounding no.

This analogy perfectly captures the limitations of conventional management theory, where standardized models and tools have become the norm to aid organizational performance. From strategy to marketing and beyond, these models have replaced thoughtful analysis of problems, reducing complex business challenges to mere frameworks and boxes to be filled.

As our world becomes increasingly complex, it is imperative to embrace radical thinking that expands our perspective. This shift helps us increase the dimensions of that aforementioned slice of understanding. By applying different viewpoints to a given issue, we enhance the chances of finding unique solutions to unique problems. Thus, the key lies in embracing diversity of opinion and behaviour.
